Usage and Application
High Fine Air Separation Pulverizer is widely applying in various industries such as mining, construction materials, chemical industry, medicine, feedstuff etc. It can be used to have a comminuting process to several hundreds of non-flammable & non-explosive materials with Moth’s Hardness are below 7 and humidity is no more than 10%. The output size can be adjusted from 30 to 525 meshes.

- The pulverizer consists of main frame, blower, separator, powder collector, dust filter, and so on. There are three parts in the main frame: pulverizing part, grading part, and blowing part. When the machine works, the materials are fed into the pulverizing part. Stoke and ground by the high speed board, the pulverized materials are sent to the grading part to grade, and then go into the blowing part. With the force of blower and induced draft fan, the graded materials go to the separator and grade again. The coarse materials return back for pulverizing again, while the qualified end products go to the powder collector. The afterwind goes out after purified by dust filter.
